Hi-Craft Engineering is committed to molding strong, long-lasting partnerships with our customers, suppliers, and employees.

When our partners succeed, we succeed. Molding partnerships – One Part at a Time
Hi-Craft Engineering has 40 injection and shuttle molding machines to meet your program’s needs. We have the capabilities, capacity, and experience to manage and perfect your molding program. Hi-Craft Engineering is a proud IATF 16949:2016 certified company, and is dedicated to constant improvement and the highest quality production.
Past and current programs include: low water volume pressure assisted flush tanks & valves, steering column switches, door handle pivot assemblies, tilt/adjust levers, oil fill tubes, fuel system components, door latch systems, grab assist handles, seat system components, and power window switch components, just to name a few.
Hi-Craft Engineering specializes in glass-filled nylon, among other quality engineered resins. To ensure the quality of our raw material, we use a central Motan loading system – drying and delivery the material to our machines in a closed-loop system. This allows for complete monitoring of drying levels and low risk of contamination to your process.
Hi-Craft Engineering also proudly uses machine/robotic automation, to complement our systems and provide even higher accuracy and productivity. We invite you to see these on our floor in action, and envision how this technology will support and maintain your product’s high standards.
Our expansive manufacturing facilities contain superior assembly and testing rooms – separate from the manufacturing activity and custom developed for particular program needs. All products are certified prior to leaving the assembly rooms, in order to achieve our required 0% defect standard.
Additionally, Hi-Craft Engineering offers hot & pad printing, sonic welding, in-house design, and advanced testing/statistical capabilities. Also, we feature our own in-house mold making facility, H&C Tool. These attributes help give us a competitive advantage by ensuring flexibility and efficiency throughout the whole production process.
